Key responsibilities :
Delivering reports and dashboards that enable management and all teams to continuously monitor performance through interactive dashboards and detect issues at an early stage
In addition to internal reports (in OBI and MicroStrategy), delivering a set of external reports (via Arvastat)
Providing data to the Strategy department
Ensuring the AI team receives the necessary information that allows them to extract insights from the data using statistical techniques
Expected skills and experience :
Must have
Experience in a similar role as data analyst. You know the components of such a solution, both the classic ETL data warehouse and modern, often event-driven solutions.
Understanding of the basic concepts of Agile (E2E Agility; Mindset; Business Value; Openness to change,….). Understands the basic concepts of Scrum and can apply them.
You are familiar with data models that support a data analysis application
You have experience in the role of contact point for business with regard to a given functional domain within an organization
You have experience coordinating work within a team of +/- 5 people. You are able to start working on a discussed functional and/or technical scope by quickly gaining insight into it and ensuring that the team achieves this scope. All this within an agile sprint operation
SQL - Independently able to write simple queries to select test data or understand flows
Is a plus
Using Jira and Confluence
Knowledge of defining and creating dashboards/reports/visualization possibilities.
Knowledge of unstructured data, large data volumes and how to deal with them.
Knowledge of the role of Product Owner in the scrum framework and possibly already included in previous assignment.
Apache NiFi, designed to automate data flow between software systems, understand and apply in an analysis.
Understanding of functionalities and operation of an ETL tool. A plus is knowledge of ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
Understand event-driven architecture.
Understand and apply Kafka in an analysis.
Knowledge of data virtualization tools. Understand and apply data virtualization in an analysis.
Able to read Python code.
Reporting via Microstrategy – know what the possibilities are, what data is needed, what the limitations of tools are.
Reporting via OBI – know what the possibilities are, what data is needed, what the limitations of tools are.
Able to read SAS code to understand data transformations
