Key responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing IT service continuity plans to ensure that critical IT services can be restored quickly in the event of a disruption.
- Testing and maintaining IT service continuity plans to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date.
- Providing advice and guidance to IT teams and other stakeholders on IT service continuity best practices.
- Utilizing PowerBI to analyze and report on ITSCM data.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
- Demonstrating a "go-getter" attitude, taking initiative to identify and address potential issues.
- Possessing relevant cloud skills.
- Helping minimize the impact of disruptions on IT services and ensuring that they can continue to operate effectively during a crisis.
Expected competencies :
- Experience in IT Service Continuity Management - At least 3 years - Mandatory
- PowerBI - At least 1 one year - Mandatory
- AWS and Azure cloud certifications - Good to have
