In order to optimize its financial and accounting processes, Auchan Retail International is launching a deployment of Oracle's cash management and supplier invoice digitization solutions (acquisition, matching, litigation, accounting and payment) in the 12 countries where it operates.

TEAM & METHODS :

Integrate a mixed team composed of a PMO, 3 BPM (Business Product managers: business experts) and a team of developers based in Riga, Lithuania.

MISSION :

- Be the point of contact for the PMO and sponsors of the FINE program (international deployment of financial tools) to collect the needs, understand their issues.

- Translate business requirements based on PMO feedback into User Stories, prioritize them within the Product Backlog, and follow up on them

Description

Intégrer une équipe mixte composée d’un PMO, de 3 BPM (Business Product  manager : experts métier) et une équipe de développeurs basée à Riga en Lituanie. 

Réalisations :

▪ Être l’interlocuteur de référence pour le PMO et sponsors du programme FINE  

(déploiement des outils financier à l’international) pour récolter les besoins, comprendre 

leurs enjeux. 

▪ Traduire les besoins métier basés sur les feedbacks du BPM en User Story, les prioriser
